Back to work today after the tonsillectomy and back to exercising. I went to Hot Yoga this morning and it felt good. Took it really easy though. Got quite dizzy a few times. It's crazy how quickly you become un-acclimated to the heat. It's my plan to go everyday this week.

Doing a good job tracking my points on WW. I'm really trying hard to make sure that I don't gain any weight now that I'm back on solid food.

I'm a little bummed that I don't have any soccer for the next 3 weeks. It will be a whole month+ when I finally get back to soccer. But this is a good thing because I pulled my groin the last time that I played soccer. A pulled groin isn't fun AT ALL. It will be good to let this have time to heal. Plus, I'll be able to concentrate on my running and getting back into the swing of things.

I'm only planning on walking briskly this afternoon. Don't want to kill myself the first week back from surgery.

On Sunday, my weight hit an all-time low. 152.6!!! Very happy about it. I had decided that I'd like to get my weight closer to 150 so that 155 would be my upper threshold. I'm going to take it really easy to lose down to 150. I hope to get there by the end of summer. See? Real slow and easy.
