I'm not on my diet yet, just getting back into the swing of tracking. I have to eat some of the food I have already and ponder how I need to be shopping. I'll give myself about 2 weeks to prepare.

My food journal will be looking somewhat crazy in the meantime.

I worked out this morning, did a quick 30 minute HIIT workout

Burned 374 calories
Average heart rate was 127 bpm.

I had to do a quickie this morning I was running late.

I have some challenging workouts coming up this week.
