tomorrow will mark he first 2 week of phase 1. I plan on trying phase 1 for 4 weeks otherwise my craving for carbs will come back. It has been a struggle with this part but i am getting to notice that doesn't consume as much. I tried that recipe for the flour less waffles what a mess that made on my waffle iron. The recipe works much better making pancakes and will continue to use that way.

sounds like you're on the road to success! good for you! i hear you about introducing the carbs back in, it tends to sabotage me also! however i did have a sb breakfast burrito this morning and i savored every dang bite of it! the rest of the day i pretty much ate phase 1 items...it's just easier for me. hope you find what works for you, i'll be rooting for ya! good luck!
