Had VA classes today. Very Very informative. Love these classes.
Had trouble with the chair aerobics though. Severe angina pains and had to sit thru most of the exercises.

Had a nice Wendy's Chili and potato after class (Lunch) and went shopping for a 32 inch tv and some Jack's vegetables plus Manhattan steaks for the next several days.

Tonight is Chicken though. Yummy.
