YUMMMM>.... spaghetti. I was so proud. I ate my all time favorite, I used whole wheat pasta and cooked groud turkey in the sauce. My family didn't even realize it at first. I only filled my plate 1/4 the way and usually I fill the whole plate. I had a huge salad first and ended up struggling to get all the pasta down. I didn't finish! Things are defineatly feeling right. this is a first I think in my life as I have grown up with pasta/pasta/pasta, oh, and bread to soak up sauce. Did the treadmill for 20 minutes, but want to do more. Planning on doing my tae-bo tape tonight.

changing your eating habits an exercising is a one day to the next day to build a habit..30 days it becomes a habit thats easier to keep on track with..eventually, the habit is a part of your daily routine...your doing great...way to go

I just cannot force myself to like whole wheat pasta - I've tried, I'd rather live without it, lol. Good for you!
