Really proud of myself this week. I've stuck to my diet exactly and done my Zumba most days and extra sit ups, press ups and back ups from the 6 week challenge.
My portion control has been really good and I've really started to listen to my body and stop eating when im full rather than keep eating to finish whats on my plate.
Been trying hard with the water intake but that seems to be the hardest bit actually!
Yah me lost 4lbs this week.
