Well I'd set myself the goal of being 65.something kgs by the 15th...that means I have 8 days to go, trying to stay positive, I just have to work through it and figure out how to work around dinner on Friday and brunch on Sunday. Stay positive, focused and keep working towards that goal. (In truth I'm freaking out and struggling not to give up - I've never lost weight easily and I'm not sure I can do it - but that's not helpful so I'm trying to just inwardly acknowledge that emotion while outwardly taking the steps I know I need to take)
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
