Failed again yesterday, with a McDonalds ("feels ashamed")!
To be fair I was out all day had to take my sister to the hospital to check her eye out. I know i'm rationalising again and could have well got a sandwich.

However I am determined to have a positive week. I am just about to do my Zumba DVD and my portion control is getting really good. I'm even leaving food, which I hardly ever do unless I physically can't!

So again good with bad, but I've lost 3lbs so i'm guessing that the portion control is really paying off. If I could just stop eating rubbish I would lose loads I'm sure.
