I shouldn't have weighed in today, but a loss is a loss!! I hope it stays...lol. Playing soccer in a tournament this weekend (first time in 5 years, ahhhh) so that should burn off a couple pounds I hope. I know the main thing I am lacking in is exercise, because I am losing the weight just by changing diet but exercise would increase it so much more. Not to mention tone! I did a dance and a yoga dvd last night, tonight I will try walk/kick and yoga. Also weights. Wooooohooooo. A little sore today!

Thank you!! I'm nervous, but excited too. I was never a really talented player but as long as the others don't mind I am just gonna do it for me! I always found I got "fit" better when playing sports rather than sitting on a stationary bike because I get bored really quickly!

just like when you were a kid- its just about having some fun- you will do fine and not even know you are doing a workout :)

Exactly! That's why I like sports (even though I suck) - because I'm not thinking about exercise, it just happens!
