I shouldn't have weighed in today, but a loss is a loss!! I hope it stays...lol. Playing soccer in a tournament this weekend (first time in 5 years, ahhhh) so that should burn off a couple pounds I hope. I know the main thing I am lacking in is exercise, because I am losing the weight just by changing diet but exercise would increase it so much more. Not to mention tone! I did a dance and a yoga dvd last night, tonight I will try walk/kick and yoga. Also weights. Wooooohooooo. A little sore today!
