Had a half and half week last week! Half good and half bad! Did really well with portion control so pleased with that. Not so good with take aways but I've planned my meals for the week and am hopeful that I will stick to it!

Anyhow managed to lose 2lb so the portion control mustr be working if no take outs maybe I'll lose even more next week.
