goooooooood saturday mornin...hard to get back in the habit of journaling and putting in my food menu each day...usually eat about the same..but sometimes i have to add a new item...only to find out its not as healthy for me as i thought...went to the store for mom yesterday and i did really good..i didnt buy any sugary things off the aisle like i normally would have...but did come home with a gallon of ice cream...yes i kno sugar is sugar...but there are just some nites i need something to get me thru...i no longer bring chocolate into the house...if im having a chocolate need..then i buy a candy bar at the store and eat it on the way home...well...that seems to be the way it works...lol...did strap on my pedometer for the first time in 2 months yesterday...didnt get my walking route in..but did manage to get 2000 steps in anyways...a far cry from what i was doing...but a start...just need to stick with a plan...an move onward...get back into my healthy lifestyle change...have a great one...
