Depessing as seeing 164 on the scale, it is also motivating! I have been eating much better and have put in workouts on my treadmill Sunday, twice Monday and an hour today! I had a protein shake for breakfast even though I'd love to hop in the car and go get Skyline Pasta Chili!
A week or so ago it dawned on me that this year is my 25th high school reunion!! It is also 15 years for my masters degree and they are having a reunion. Those two things are good motivation. The reunions will be this summer and I have GOT to lose this weight!
I also want my hubby and I to go on a vacation to a private resort in the Bahama's and I dread getting into a bathing suit at my weight. I suggested to him that we use the vacation to reward ourselves for reaching our health and weight loss goals (he wants to lose 25 lbs.)
He also have a gala with Rotary each fall that's very swank. Let year it was depressing going at my elevated weight. With all the things I have going on in 2008 - it would seem there should be enough motivation to get me to lose this weight.
