goooooooood friday morning...just got off the scales...numbers are already going down...i do miss the sugar treats..but know in a few days it will just be a bad memory of messing up...and having to refocus on seeing the light at the end of the tunnel....didnt get a morning walk in yesterday...the plan is to do one this morning...then cut grass mabye later this afternoon if it needs it...right now just to early to tell for sure...by getting the sugar outta the house..i can already feel more energy then i had several days ago...not as tired as i was...so its a good thing...all the sugar seemed to be making me depressed and lazy...or thats how i felt anyways...just didnt want to do anything cept stay inside and think about all the things i should be doing...well enough babbling....need to get ready to head out the door...get this day started once again..thanks for the support...have a greattttttttttttttttt friday...
