Noticed in October/November that I was nearing the end of benefits gained by intermittent fasting alone. I decided to start doing my own 30 day challenges to push past the weight plateau I had reached. 1900 calories a day, Drink a gallon of water daily, 15 minutes of exercise daily. Started at 218, ended at 208 for December. Not too bad, but I started to notice I as hitting a wall again. I have been floundering between 205-210 for the entire month of January, despite upping my exercise time to 20 minutes. Decreased my water intake to 1/2 gallon per day. I think my issue this month has been missing the mark on calories, combined with exercising irregularly (20 minutes, every other day). I started taking a few supplements on January 20, namely Vitamin B12, Fish Oil, Cayenne Pepper, and Green Tea Extract, as well as beginning to track my macronutrients better. Daily macro goals are 157g protein, 150g Carbs, 78g Fat.
