My day just got awesome, I've found that pork rinds fit into my low carb diet style! Bwahahaha! I completely forgot about that tasty, crunchy, pork goodness!!

LOL.... That's an Atkins FAV! Not that I do Atkins but my sis did.

Mmmm. Don't know if you've every tried them, but pork cracklin's are even better than pork rinds. We have a local guy that sells them at the farmer's market, but you can find them in some stores too. So good!
