Eating was a little crazy today...gotta grab the reins before this horse goes galloping on all kinds of green pastures!!!

It was a mentally high-stress day full of nerves. Until 3 pm or so, I only had 2 large cups of coffee and no food. I ate lunch in a cafe and slowly, tremulously went about adding carbs in my diet. Ordered veggie soup containing some beans (carbs), with 4 crackers (carbs), and 1/2 spinach wrap (Carbs), with hummus (carbs) and veggies. (HIGH SODIUM in all).

Evening was the leftover mock-duck stir fry (not too high on carbs), but 3 packs of popcorn (lots of carbs!) AND HIGH SODIUM!

Yikes. And no workout. Will be up late working on this deadline. Tomorrow is definitely going to see a jump up on the scale.

I better drink a LOT of water! And WORKOUT well tomm!!!! & MONITOR calories well! (under a 1000, and lower carbs).

yeak Kim, doncha know me?? I just skate w/o brakes, and dive w/o knowing how to swim!! can ya say baby steps?! apparently not! trying to rein it in..!!
