YAY! First day on Weight Watchers! I just found out that I can only have 19-25 daily points, and my food diary shows I ate 35 points yesterday! :S
145.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 March 2010:
1507 kcal Fat: 51.90g | Prot: 73.94g | Carb: 192.79g.   Breakfast: French Fried Potatoes (Cottage Cut, Par Fried, Frozen), Atkins Advantage Chocolate Royale Shake, v8 vege juice, mushroom, green pepper, Egg. Lunch: coffee, extra large, 2 milk 1 sugar, strawberry, tomato, garlic, mushroom, pasta. Dinner: Miso Soup, vermicelli, salmon. Snacks/Other: non fat milk, cereal chocolate, danish tim. more...

It's okay because you also get 35 "flex" points per week to use up on whatever you want! That's how I ate dairy queen ice cream...haha...
