Blood Sugar fasting 82.

As I posted in reponse to somebody who had stalled, I have lowered my carbs to between 30 and 45 grams a day and that has helped get me back to losing with awesome fasting blood sugars.

I had gained about 4 pounds back and am back down 2. I am still so happy with the BFC plan.....lots of support, lots of variety.
