Today was take a break, celebrate day. Only one day...went out for breakfast then out for mac and cheese and garclic bread. I can't do that every day, but i didn't have my usual port o subs chocolate chip cookie after lunch. I used to eat at least one cookie a day, which adds up. I will stay strong and not even think about the bad. fI am so proud of you. Keep up the good work.
