Today was a pretty good day. It was beautiful outside! I did school with Zach this morning, then did 35 minutes on the elliptical and then after lunch we went outside and I pushed Leah on the swing. I did good with food, although there were many times I wanted to eat whatever I wanted. I didn't cave, though. I didn't cheat unless those frozen yoplait smoothies are cheating. I am hooked on those things!
