its friday an cooler outside...and all i want to do is roll over an go back to bed an sleep...37 this morning...rain is headed here tomow and sunday as well with colder temps thru the next 2-3 days...i been tryin a new way of eating...seems to work nicely..instead of eating every meal even though i might not be hungry as i was brought up...i now only eat when my tummy growls...i read on the internet when your stomach is growlin ...yes your hungry but your also burning calories...or at least thats what i think i read...so i been spreading my meals out for longer hours...just never was a big eater, just continued to eat cause it was time to do so...and it seems to make sense that if you only eat when your hungry, then less calories in...less calories to burn...anyways gonna try this for a week or more...and see how it works out for me...keep my body guessin as to when it gets to eat...lol...i started this experiment on sunday march 14...so far im amazed at how well its worked...and since its worked this well, then im thinkin mabye its the way to go...a more active person, or someone with a job an also doing exercise would probly drop more weight then i have..since im retired an my morning walks, an whatever i do thru the day is my movement or exercise...was gonna go for a walk, but with it in the 30s, then il probly just get on the floor an do crunches..wait till later in the day when it warms up to do a walk...that way my knees dont bother me from the cold...welll.....have a greatttttttt day...and keep the mind set...you just gotta keep on pushin to find what works for you to get your body into the lifestyle change you desire....and can live with...lol
did 8331 in steps yesterday...not my usual 12,000 plus but there will be some days you feel like doing it an some you dont...lol..an i just wasnt in the mood...
