I have been messing around long enough. I am finally recovering from being close to burn out in my job by taking 4 day weekends every other weekend. Also, showing up later in the morning. I feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel in the next few weeks.

Dusted off the Wi and did about 30 minutes - broke a sweat too. Unusual for me. I get much better exercise on the Wi than walking outside. And it is fun.
