Today was a difficult day. I managed to push through, though. It was a difficult day with my kids.... especially my daughter who is VERY whiny. That, in itself, can take a lot out of you. Not only that, but we had a VERY busy. Homeschooling in the morning, exercising, trying to feed all 3 kids, cut my son's hair, showers, baths, grocery store, dinner, tee ball practice, worship team practice and finally home!! It's amazing I made it through today.
Stuck to the diet. I just tried that yoplait frozen smoothie stuff today. Wow, is it good! I think I'll use one of those once a day with my milk! The only thing I cheated with is a cheese sauce over my broccolli today but I needed it! I even had a difficult time pushing through my 30 minute elliptical workout. Hopefully tomorrow will be a little easier.
