So this has not been my week, I've been tired and busy and haven't been able to organise myself at all, I started with the best of intentions but then on monday I had book club (read lots of wine and cheese and then more wine) tuesday I had sewing class and didn't get home til late and yesterday I caught up with an old friend from Uni - and yes it was st patricks days so between dinner and drinking that day was shot too.

I guess I've realised I need to plan this more, I think this weekend I need to sit down and actually plan out my meals for the week, breakfast lunch and dinner work out my calories and hopefully prepare and maybe freeze some meals in advance - my big problem is that I run out of time and just grap whats around.

Am dreading my monday weigh in - need to do some walking this weekend. But then again I also need to catch up on my study and sewing and sleep
