day 222...day 3 of not eating breakfast before my morning workout...most days when i get up, i see eating before a workout was just a habit, most days im no longer hungry like i was the first day...and i have noticed tht when im at the gym workin out, that my tummy does alot of growling, cause its hungry, but i havnt been eating anything until about 10:30am or close for my first meal of the day..and then i have lunch...i was going to try this for a week and then see if it helps me to burn off more calories, by working out on an empty stomach so my body has to pull the energy from my stored fat...dang my fingers are cold..and i havent even went out walkin yet..lol....wow..talk about being cold this morning...37, with a wind chill of 30...guess winter is back..and that few days of summer are over...i was really enjoying the summer weather..kinda spoiled me ...o well..just have to bundle up again today for my morning walk..lest its not rainin and i can get my walk in..then gonna hit the gym and check to see if i burned off any of the calories yesterday, then do some time on the elliptical ...gotta keep 4thehalibut on her toes.....lol..todays cardio day at the gym...was thinkin if i can get hour in on elliptical, then take a break for a few, then find something to burn up the other half hour, not sure what i will do yet for cardio..im sure by that time my little voice will be screamin at me to stop and call it aday..but i have learned how to not listen to my little voice..he tries to keep me in my old habits and the way i was before i decided to change my eating habits and exercise routine..my little voice isnt as loud as it use to be...to bad i cant get my little voice to change so he was rootin me on...lol..sayin focus on your goals ...you can do this..you kno you can..its easy...ok..committ me..im insane..its not easy..but its worth it..all the hard work you put into it is all worth it...and when you finally get to your goal, you will look back and think..wow...i did it..

Definitely! NO PAIN NO GAIN!!!! Pain is weakness leaving the body!! LOL! :) You're doing great, bbbrrr don't get too cold!

Since you are trying to keep me on my toes - perhaps you should consider Ballet for your other 30 minutes of exercise and we can BOTH be on our toes - LOL! If you hear that little voice - just drop by the FS site and we will root for you!
