WOW:
I did 3.5 miles on the treadmill last night. It took me 60min but I did it. SO GO ME. I would like to run a 5k on thanksgiving in Califorina and wanted to see if I could even do that far. I will start to train more when we get to Califorina and I can run out side. I want to start swimming and doing more out side when we get there ingeneral I think it will help me get into shape.
I know the stress this week and then my period next week will play with my weight some I am just hoping it will not be to much. If I can just keep from gaining I will be happy. I would love to loose and be under 160 when I see my family again.
