ZERO WILL POWER + ZERO STRENGTH= FEEL AND LOOK LIKE CRAP= EXTRA FAT ABOUT 10 LBS. My living situation is not good, work is not good, social life is not good, I just beat up. :(
I talked to my old trainer who got my though winter last year he is on vacation now but when he returns we will come up with something. I also NEED TO START RUNNING AGAIN. I am not running a marathon until November but I will run half and still want to work my way back up to 20 miles by the end of February.
