day 218..43 outside today with wind chill 35 and spotted rain..not to happy about that cause im in the area that its rainin..lol..was planning on a morning walk..means i will have to be in the gym longer then i expected to be..i usually only go to the gym on weekends to weigh in, but since i took 2 days off earlyer in the week, going to go in an make them up today an tomow..im lookin for a 2 pound drop this sunday, cause i been workin out harder this week, or i feel like it when 7 pm gets around an i cant hardly stay awake..well hope everyone has a great weekend, and do your best to choose the right foods..

got my walk in today between rain showers..then up to the gym to work out..im always so wore out when i leave ther, but its a good wore out..got on scales no drop this week..no gain either...so guess its going in as muscle..
