I made a decision yesterday to eat at a chinese buffet. Afterwards, I decided that I liked the way I feel after eating a healthier choice meal better than I feel after eating a bad choice. But, I did not beat myself up and I am back on track. It started with my exercise and my breakfast this morning! Another great thing happened after the little splurge; I saw definition just below my cheekbones which tells me that I will reap the benefits of consistent behavior. YAY!!
