day 217..25 outside..15 wiith windchill..gonna attempt to go for a walk today..wont really know till i get dressed and head down the road..mabye i can get a short walk in..then come home and get bag and head to the gym..to lift weights..then take a break, eat lunch, and then a short workout this afternoon..do whatever it takes to
burn the calories..


UPDATE...boy let me tell you that south wind that was blowin this morning wasnt as warm as i was expectin it to be...at 6am all that sounth wind was blowin was cold air..an when i was walkin south..brrrrrr..but i got my walk in..by the time i got home i was almost sweatin ..changed shirts..grabbed my bag and headed to the gym to get my workout in..just got home and drinkin my protien shake..im draggin..probably from the workout and all the cold air an commin inside where its nice an warm...temp now is 27..15..gonna be this afternoon for the south wind starts to feel good i think..lol..

I must be tired today! you and Lorik got such an early start on working out and getting your acts together and I'm still staggering around with my cup of coffee! IF I was handing out awards today, I'd say that you would get MVP of the month!

i cant speak for lorik, but i get my best workouts shortly after i get outta bed..if i had to wait and do it at nite, i woudnt ever get a workout in..by then im not in the mood..lol..

Sounds great, I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can walk. I could stand the cold, personally, but I have to take my 2 yea old with me, and she's still getting over a cold. It's harder to lose weight when you are stuck in the house, and it's rather depressing as well. It's certainly much colder where you are! You're doing awesome!

lol..yeah when i go for a walk..i put on 2 pairs of sweat pants, on top tshirt, sweatshirt, and 2 sweatshirt jackets with hoods, ski mask, and good set of glove..alot to wear, but well worth it..its a lot to wear just to walk, but i enjoy that morning air first thing in the morning..and its a good workout before i go to the gym to get my second workout in..
