Today I stood on one leg(crutches) at the post office for a half hour. Crap, My foot was throbbing. I'm gonna have to be more patient with recovery of this surgically repaired achilles. Hadn't dealt with any swelling, but this last day or so.... It seems I'm gonna have to stay in the recliner more than I want to.
On a good note, I'm staying on track with healthy intake. The challenge I created starts tomorrow. I've already thought of ways to cut the fat intake more for this first weeks challenge. WINNING!
