Today has been another action packed day.....cleaning out kitchen cupboards. Why I saved so many empty plastic containers and jam jars I shall never know! Managed to get them all in the bin before the men came to empty it and the lid still shut too. They stick labels on it and won't empty it if its packed to overflowing and the lid raised even a tiny bit.

I'm still pondering about what I want to do on the anniversaries. My head says they're just another day but I've learned from this journey that your body and mind have a life of their own and you just have to roll with the blows. The knowledge that life goes on has been reinforced by the birth of a new baby next door. He's adorable and called Jack.

Weather today has been quite good, blue skies and periods of sunshine even if its been a bit nippy - too cold to get out in the garden. The rain and snow of the last couple of weeks have made the road very muddy where the tractors and quad bikes have been up and down and the potholes caused by the weather are full of water. Take my life in my hands when I take the dog up the road in the dark as there are no lights. My car is also a very fetching shade of brown, except the roof.

Diet seems to be working as my energy levels have been much better this week. Can't make up my mind whether its the diet or the mood, but whatever it is I'm not knocking it. Keep positive
