Sorry I haven't checked in. Nothing exciting really has been going on. I've been working out like a crazy person. I tripped up a little this weekend, but I'm back on track today. I'm expecting to see some sort of loss when I weigh in tomorrow.

I wish I had more to say, but I can't think of anything. I'm getting more serious in my yoga practice and that makes me hopeful. I'm trying a new class this weekend because whenever the studio has a new teacher in training, they give free classes, so I'm going to Warm Flow Yoga on Saturday morning at 9:30!

The shower is in 11 days, and I would like to be at least 163 by then. And on April 18th, Joe and I are going to a Yankee game, and by then I am hoping to be 160 or even lower, if possible. I think it may be, because the weather is getting warmer and allowing me to get out of the apartment and pounding the pavement in walks!

Weigh in tomorrow, so we'll see how my mood is tomorrow! Have a great day!

That's cool about the free classes. Good for you to take advantage of that! I'm sure you will be at those weights, if not lower, by those dates. I love baseball games, so that should be fun! Just take your own snacks... ; )
