Sick yesterday, so didn't record my food or journal, but I know I made horrible eating choices and had no exercise. My exercise has been slacking lately. I'm so tired in the morning from dealing with the puppy at night, so I've been sleeping past time to workout, but I'm going to try to start doing evening workouts. I'll just have to tell my hubby that until the puppy can sleep through the night more, I'm going to have to workout after work, which he won't like, but if I don't work out the pounds will come back quickly. I don't want to get out of the routine of doing the workouts either, because it's so easy to stop but hard to start again. We'll see what I get done today, after work my daughter has piano lessons and my son has football practice today, so my workout may have to wait until tomorrow, but I'm going to try to take the dogs for a walk during my son's practice. My goal is to keep my eating better and find time to do my workouts the rest of the week. I love the new puppy, but he's really messing with my workout routine. :)
