I had to make some cuts in what I had planned to eat with my dinner meal, but all in all, I think that I am doing pretty well. This has been my biggest calorie burning day yet. I guess it helps to have a gym where you work. I got in a short game of raquetball, and hit the heavy bag for three minutes. It takes a lot of energy to move that thng around. I am feeling really good about my progress, and I really hope that it shows on the scale on Friday.
