I need to get moving! I've found that counting calories is great because it makes me MORE aware of what and how much I eat. It is amazing that it produces that effect. I've heard countless times to write down everything I eat, and never once did I commit to doing that. Back then it might have made a difference between success and failure. This morning as I was eating breakfast, I had a small craving for a sugary drink. I indulged with about 4 ounces and hope that craving is gone! About to work out now... 2 incline, 3.5mph for 34 minutes. Happy calorie counting and working out Fatsecret friends!
