gooooooood mornin...yesterdays plan of keepin it simple worked great...went for a morning walk about 830 am or so..walked my 30 min walk in 26 min...i could tell it was a faster pace then usual..but thats ok...good to pick up the pace at times..todays plan is simple as well..another morning walk...and then who knos ..just keep up an movin..daylight savings time comes in a few weeks, so that will make it easier to get up an out the door sooner...have a great one ...

back from a mornin walk...i have to say i am outta shape...im tired..lol..but lest i did one..did 2.87 miles in 53 min...i started off faster then i should have..as after half a mile i was thinkin...o chit...lol..but i kept on walkin...get back into the habit once again..work off some of this winter weight...

Great job! Congrats. When I do something like that...I always think, crap, now can I make it back home! LOL The weight will come off. Take it one day at a time.

Heh, seeing this reminded me I haven't been out of the house today or yesterday. Have to do a longer walk to make up for it, I guess. Much credit to you for being more motivated, and I hope you get the shape you want out of it.

Nice that you got out again for a walk...spring will be out your way soon and you'll have lots of yard work to keep you busy and moving!! I soooo enjoyed being out in mine today! Time now tho to give my back a break...it isn't used to all the heavy work...have a good one...huggs
