I almost didn't work out this morning due to my alarm not ringing. Thank you Lord for waking me up this morning with enough time to get it together and salvage my workout! I am very trepidatious about our upcoming vacation that was planned at the last minute! There is always something to get me off track! This is my third week exercising and eating better and the fourth week is usually the time I start to see results.
