Ok, so this weekend im leaving to visit with friends in Georgia. Ive been doing really well sticking to my diet and exercising which im real happy about. So I dont know if for this weekend i should keep to my diet or take a break and continue when i get home? I know its going to be hard to not eat all that tempting Southern food. What should i do!!!!

Prettybrown, I will be facing the same dilemna the follwing week! We are going on vacation to visit relatives in NJ & NC. I'm doing well now but I know I won't be able to resist my moms homecooking and my mother n' law's great cooking. So I have purposed in my heart that I won't overdo it because I don't won't to undo all the hard work I've put in thus far.
