Ugggh. I had an unoffical weigh in today. The scale says I gained a pound even after the 70min of cardio and eating 1200 calories. I'm not beat though, its just fuel to my fire. I will suceed.

If you did extra cardio, your muscles may retain water to help them heal (muscles get little tears when working out harder then usual). You are on plan, so the gain isn't "real". Just keep going and I am sure it will be off soon, plus some.
