I am hanging on to this way of eating and it's not so bad. My kids were eating an icecream cone dipped in fudge yesterday and it kept my attention for a while but the sugar free coffee candy helped and I enjoyed the little bit more progress the scale showed this morning. When I'm not recording weight enrtries and can't see past weight, I can get discouraged easily because I'm not real patient. However, I can see that the changes are working and I should keep it up; even a small decrease on the scale this next week would be motivating because that blue line really moves and makes the progress so real looking! My jeans fit a bit loser yesterday too - now that's PROGRESS!!

btw, the Cheesy Beef Bake has a "cheesy" name, but it was very satisfying! it's even good as kind of a breakfast casserole. My kids gave it a 4 and a 6 but ate it ok.

The results will come. IT's hard to not want it all RIGHT NOW! I know, my chart is up and down like crazy from trying the diet and giving up all the time. I'm sticking to it better now this past month, because of having realistic goals. Just make good choices and the weight will come off! IT's great that your kids are trying the foods too! MIne like mostly everything. THere are a lot of good recipes to try on this site. (kid friendly too!) good luck!
