i have been struggling each day with hunger and that is strange for me once I get rid of carbs. I took my vitamins and discovered that the vit C was sweet. Now I am fine now. Managed to not eat pretty much today. They were from Pats pills so I did not have to chuck anything out. I think I have dropped another pound. Congrads
