Been waking up with a lot of bad back pain the last couple of days. It breaks my heart because it means no exercise for me. I have 5 herniated discs in my lower back. I also have a tear in my spine. I know I need to take it east for a few days until it feels better, but I also wanna make my goals a reality. I guess I'll just have to listen to my body on this one :/ Might attempt to get in a long walk tomorrow to make up for it. Hopefully my back is better come tomorrow! Hope everyone is doing well!
