Since early part of July, I started a plant base (fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs) which their is no process foods involved. Since then, I have lost a total of 39 lbs., and feeling pretty good and healthy and always seem to have plenty of energy. I do a lot of reading on fruits,vegetables, and herbs to find out what they provide to the body and how I can use them together for different meals. So, its been working out for me. The plant base diet is nothing new which most of us know. I thought it would be a lot of work but its not, there are a lot of resources on the Internet that can guide with almost everything. Anyway, just wanted to share this with all of you.
