day 207...32 outside, wind chill makes it 18...brrrrrr..no walky todayy...lol.got my sleep last night, but just feel like crawlin back in bed till it gets warmer outside...lol..dont even want to think about gettin out..and not really sure if i will..another day off from the gym will do my body good..can always do dumbbell curls and other exercises with the dumbbels to get in a small workout of some kind just to burn off some caloires..
