Well, surgery is rescheduled for next Tuesday on the achilles tendon. One more weigh in before 6 weeks of only standing on one foot w/crutches. Upper body weight lifting only for the next several weeks. May see weight gain as I put on muscle. I hope cutting back even more on intake, and staying focused on ONLY healthy intake.
