Another disappointment !!

Further gained 1 kg. now I am at 198 lbs or 90 Kg. What a shame I gained from a low of 192.7 lbs to 198 lbs in about 10 days. Totally confused and shocked why this is happening. Eating nothing high in calorie, working out almost regularly. And still gaining. With same diet and similar workout I managed to shed 11-12 lbs in past 2 months. The only thing different is the strength exercises, some weight exercise and calisthenics.

Are you eating more sugars or starches? I once had to go on a liquid diet for 3 days for medical reasons (mainly drank juice) and gained 6 pounds.

Sugar only in tea. Starch also very rarely. Yes I have increased consumption of fruits and juices but they are within limits.

I suggest that you get yourself checked. It could be a symptom of something else. It is best that you get a full checkup. There are many diseases that cause weight gain, hypothyroidism being one. Do not neglect this. It is either that or maybe you are eating too little? I don't know. :(
