It seems my right wrist is healed at last. I'll start training again tonight, let's see how I fare. Got a weird case of allergy on Monday, will get results next tuesday and the Doctor gave me a list of things to avoid in the meantime.
So, I'm sticking to Tuna, grilled chicken and protein shakes in the meantime. Was able to go down to 241 from almost 256 during a stressful period at work that induced a week of food binge.
