Blew out my achilles tendon today playing racquetball. Looks like my exercise will come from the crutches for the next 6 weeks. Good thing I have a great hold on a properly balanced diet of healthy foods. It's becoming who I am. I heard myself say, I'll never eat at McDonalds again.
