It took a while to get to this point again.
So easily to fall into a bad routine and then to get out is even worse.

But here I am. Ready to take this beast on by the horns.
Can't wait to have that awesome feeling again.
308.6 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
